B Camp

This 45-minute boot camp blends aesthetics and performance into one efficient, total-body workout. Expect a mix of strength training, conditioning, and functional movements designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and burn calories. Each class challenges your full body while keeping the pace high!

Functional Kettle Bell

This full-body class focuses on real-world strength and movement. You’ll use kettlebells to build power, stability, and endurance through functional exercises like swings, squats, presses, and carries.

Pilates Bootcamp
 

A high-energy fusion of Pilates, HIIT, and cardio - designed to sculpt, strengthen, and make you sweat. Expect to use Pilates rings, weights, and resistance bands as we lift, tone, and burn through every rep!
