• Wipe down equipment after use

Omega Wellness Club reserves the right to refuse service or terminate membership for inappropriate behavior, misuse of equipment, harassment, or violation of club policies.
3. Assumption of Risk
Use of fitness equipment, participation in classes, recovery services (including sauna and cold plunge), and personal training involve inherent risks.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or property loss and agree that Omega Wellness Club is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from participation, except where prohibited by law.
Members are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
4. Personal Property
Omega Wellness Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Lockers are provided as a convenience and should not be used for overnight storage.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
Classes, personal training sessions, and recovery services may require advance booking.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or forfeited sessions, as outlined in your agreement or booking confirmation.
6. Payment Terms
By providing payment information, you authorize Omega Wellness Club to charge recurring membership fees and any applicable service fees.
Returned payments or declined transactions may result in additional processing fees.
7. Website Use
All content on our website, including logos, branding, text, and media, is the property of Omega Wellness Club and may not be reproduced without written permission.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
8. Changes to Services
Omega Wellness Club reserves the right to modify:

• Hours of operation

• Class schedules

• Equipment offerings

• Amenities

• Membership pricing (with notice where required)

9. Health & Safety
Members agree not to use the facility if experiencing symptoms of illness that could pose a risk to others.
Omega Wellness Club reserves the right to enforce health and safety policies as needed.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
