He believes fitness is as much about mindset as it is about movement, and his training style empowers clients to push past limits and build confidence both in and out of the gym.

Jennifer Affranchino is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with 5 years of experience helping women feel strong, confident, and capable. With a specialty in female weight lifting and advanced glute training (certified under Bret Contreras, “The Glute Guy”), Jennifer designs programs that go beyond just the gym — blending strength training, nutrition guidance, and healthy life habits. Her mission is to empower women to lift heavier, live healthier, and build a lifestyle they love.
